The Dining room is designed to accommodate all passengers in one sitting. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style with free seating, however dinner is table d'hote and guests are assigned seating. The menu changes daily and all meals are included in the nightly tariff. A sample menu from the Captain's dinner includes: Thai style fish cakes followed by veal scallopine with mashed parsley potatoes and a casserole of eggplant and tomatoes, and for dessert, dark chocolate and cointreau mousse, cheese and fresh fruit.

One evening's meal is held on a remote island, where you are invited to enjoy the delights of a 'traditional Lovo' prepared by your native hosts. Prepared from the produce of the village gardens, tropical fruits, suckling pig and seafood straight from the sea, you dine under the stars miles from the rest of the world with the ocean as backdrop. It is an amazing experience.

The beverage list is extensive and reasonably priced with beers starting from F$4, local spirits from F$4 and liqueurs from F$5. The wine list is basic but comprehensive with predominately Australian wines with prices ranging from F$21 for the house white to F$42. Champagnes vary between F$23 to F$98 for Moet et Chandon.
