Dining is an event on Matamanoa, with the restaurant featuring ocean views from every table. International and traditional Fijian cuisine are offered with a modern twist.
Buffet breakfast of cereals, fresh fruits, freshly baked breads and muffins as well as cooked items, and afternoon tea daily, are included in the nightly rate.
Lunch items include a selection of soups, sandwiches and pastas . Dinner has 4 courses including such items as - Kokoda as an appetiser, for entree Lemon Prawn Kebab , for main course seafood in ginger wine butter (F$30) and desserts such as crepes suzette.

The wine list offers a basic but comprehensive selection of well priced Australian and New Zealand wines. French Champagne is available.
Meal plans are available - either dinner only or both lunch and dinner.
