The main influence comes of course from Fiji and India, however countries such as Australia and Asia are also represented, producing a variety of tastes that make Vatulele's meals absolutely delicious.

As Vatulele's wonderful gourmet meals are included in the tariff, guests can relax and delight in the cuisine as well as the fine selection of French champagne, Australian and New Zealand wines, liquors and beer.

The menu is both contemporary and exotic, with local tropical delights such as mango and coconut adding flavor to the dishes. Succulent fruits, fresh local seafood and fresh produce all make for a fantastically delicious and diverse menu.
